We are seeking a Content Specialist to lead the planning, production, implementation, and analysis of internal and external communications strategies across projects, programs, products, and services. The role involves crafting tailored messaging for diverse audiences and utilizing multiple channels to drive engagement and impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute communications strategies across various channels, including public relations, technical writing, and marketing communications.
- Build and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, vendors, agencies, and other channel partners.
- Interpret complex topics and adapt messaging for different audiences and communication mediums.
- Maintain a pipeline of potential case studies and references by working closely with project teams and leadership to identify new topics and trends.
- Cultivate relationships with strategic external partners, analysts, and consultancies to leverage research reports, white papers, and third-party content.
- Maintain an overarching view of company and business unit brands to ensure consistency across all print and digital communications.
- Write and produce a broad range of content including technical documentation, white papers, presentations, video and animation scripts, case studies, brochures, speeches, testimonials, and advertising materials.
- Consult with Line of Business leaders to understand their market landscape and craft targeted communications that support business goals.
- Support cross-team initiatives by identifying communication dependencies and impacts.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of related communications experience across multiple mediums and audiences.
- Strong portfolio of writing and completed communications projects.
- Proven ability to research, present, and recommend creative communication strategies.
- Demonstrated project management, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, editing, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in word processing, flowcharting, and spreadsheet applications.
- Skilled at prioritizing tasks and delivering quality work on tight deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative working style with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to exercise sound judgment and maintain discretion.
- Experience working with all levels of an organization.
