Meet The Team

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Content & Editorial Associate Manager who will be responsible for the strategy and development of high impact, curated content strategies and programming that support and align to the organizational goals. This person will define content strategies that position the brand as a thought leader within the wellness space. This role will focus on developing and executing evergreen global content to attract, educate, and engage customers. The ideal candidate will possess a healthy balance between creative and analytical thinking, as well as have deep experience driving growth for DTC brands.

Where You Come In
 

  • You will develop and implement high impact content that aligns with the company's goals and target audiences.
  • You will lead identification and championing of content programming framework, and curate creative best practices and trends that elevate content and engage customers.
  • You will create/maintain a calendar of topics and the subsequent releases, and build a steady cadence of high-quality content against the plan for all stages of the funnel.
  • You will lead the production of curated content including blogs, infographics, videos, etc., and support creation of broader brand assets
  • You will oversee external and internal relationships for production, copywriting, translation, creative concepting needs, and collaborate cross-functionally to understand business needs, budget, timeline.
  • You will ensure that the content created and published is well-researched, accurate, and adheres to brand guidelines, reviewing with an impeccable attention to detail.
  • You will measure the impact of content and use data to continually iterate on editorial strategy.
  • You will build taxonomy and tagging program to fuel deeply personalized recommendations and optimized for engagement.
  • You will integrate SEO best practices into the creation process for web, social and advertising process, making sure it is all discoverable and ranks well on search engines.
  • You will stay current on the latest marketing trends and best practices, identify new and emerging editorial opportunities, and influence innovation.
     

What Makes You Successful
 

  • You have 5+ years of content marketing experience, including creating blog posts, and in-depth knowledge of SEO, web traffic metrics, and demand generation tools.
  • You have proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and relevant software/tools.
  • You possess exceptional communication (both written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
  • You have a deep interest in technology and the ability to convey complex technical information in a clear and engaging manner.
  • You’re a creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and concepts.
  • You have strong analytical skills with an ability to uncover insights from performance/measurement tracking to drive action that increases performance and impact.
  • You inform and influence decisions across all levels with strong communication and presentation skills.
  • You have a growth mindset with the ability to adapt and solve problems within a fast-paced and ambiguous environment.
  • You are highly motivated, results-oriented, and a self-starter.
  • You have a positive attitude and the ability to work in a collaborative environment that values transparency.
  • You have proven experience in consumer products marketing, with a demonstrated understanding of consumer behavior and purchasing trends.

Experience And Education Requirements
 

  • Typically requires a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 - 8 years of related experience.
     

Flex Workplace: Your primary location will be a home office. You will not have an assigned workstation and will work with your manager to determine office visit needs. You must live within commuting distance of your assigned Dexcom site (typically 75 miles/120km).
