As a key player in the team, you will work with top-tier clients across various industries, helping them navigate complex regulatory landscapes and safeguard against financial crimes.

Responsibilities of the FinCrime Consultant:

• Lead Investigations: Conduct thorough investigations into potential financial crime activities, including money laundering, fraud, and sanctions breaches.
• Consult and Advise: Provide expert advice to clients on compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices for mitigating financial crime risks.
• Design Solutions: Develop and implement robust financial crime prevention frameworks tailored to our clients' needs.
• Collaborate and Educate: Work closely with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders, delivering training and raising awareness about financial crime issues.

Requirements of the FinCrime Consultant:

• Expertise in Financial Crime: Strong background in anti-money laundering (AML), counter-terrorist financing (CTF), and fraud prevention.
• Analytical Skills: Sharp analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
• Regulatory Knowledge: In-depth understanding of relevant regulations, such as the USA PATRIOT Act, AMLD, and OFAC sanctions.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and effectively.
• Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years in a relevant role, ideally within a consultancy or financial institution.

The team are offering a range of $150,000 - $190,000 on the base, alongside a great wider benefits package.
