For which tasks (responsibilities)?

• Manage and grow the community around ERZ.Online game on Discord;

• Build and manage the social media presence on Twitter, Reddit, and other channels as deemed relevant;

• Create different types of content aimed at the short and long-term engagement of our community members;

• Assigning, qualifying and managing moderators;

• Compile and present detailed reports about community sentiment and engagement;

• Liaison with Product and Marketing teams for product feedback, suggestions and improvements from community perspective;

What kind of professional are we looking for?

• Full proficiency in written and spoken English ;

• 2-3 years of experience in Community Management;

• Experience and knowledge about GameFi, NFT and Web3 projects;

• Experience using and managing Discord servers is very important;

• Capacity to explain or translate technical information to different audiences of our customer base in an empathic manner;

• Excitement about listening to the feedback from communities and maintaining a healthy dialogue with them;
