Onward Search is a specialized staffing and talent solutions company that helps professionals find top jobs with the nation’s leading brands. We’re hiring a Communications Consultant for a 100% remote role supporting a leading pharmaceutical and medical technologies company.


This is a 6+ month opportunity, open to East Coast candidates only, to support team members in the UK. Availability between 7am - 3pm EST is required.


In this role, you’ll join the Finance, Solutions & Technology Change and Communications Team to support the development and execution of the Change Management and Communications Strategy for a global transformation project. You’ll play a key role in aligning change management strategies and plans with a multi-year transformation initiative focused on finance roadmap implementations and driving employee engagement for new ways of working.


There is no application deadline for this role.


**Manage communication plans for software releases


Communications Consultant Responsibilities:

  1. Work directly with the Change & Communications Project Leads, as well as the Business Unit Finance and Treasury Teams.
  2. Support alignment with the Change Management Strategy and Plans for a global, multi-year transformation journey.
  3. Identify and document stakeholder assessments and change impacts, and provide critical input into the training curriculum.
  4. Execute Change Management, Communications, and Stakeholder Engagement Plans.
  5. Collaborate closely with Technology and Process Project Leads to understand communication and change management needs.


Communications Consultant Qualifications:

  1. BA/BS required, preferably in Finance, Economics, Change Management, and/or Communications.
  2. Graduate Degree preferred.
  3. Experience in best practices in Change Leadership with the ability to influence and build trust among stakeholders at all levels.
  4. Change Communications experience.
  5. Experience working with stakeholders in the Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) region.
