Commercial Manager – Americas & Canada

Home-based (US) with regular travel to Indigo and customer sites across the region.

Indigo is seeking a dynamic and commercially astute leader to join our team as Commercial Manager for the Americas and Canada. In this pivotal role, you’ll drive regional commercial strategy, lead bid responses, and ensure profitability across our telecoms services. You’ll work closely with the Group Commercial Director to align regional plans with global objectives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead pricing and bid responses for new and existing customer opportunities.
2. Develop commercial models that balance customer needs with Indigo’s profitability.
3. Identify and mitigate risks in bids and contracts.
4. Ensure governance compliance for all commercial submissions.
5. Collaborate with Sales and Legal teams on contract negotiations.
6. Support contract renewals and operational margin reviews.
7. Champion process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce risk.
8. Represent Indigo professionally with internal and external stakeholders.

1. Proven experience in telecoms commercial roles.
2. Skilled in translating scopes into operational requirements.
3. Excellent communicator and stakeholder facilitator.
4. Confident presenter with strong customer engagement skills.
5. Self-starter with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
6. Highly organized, trustworthy, and able to manage multiple priorities.
