Clayful is an early-stage edtech startup dedicated to fostering equity and accessibility to mental health resources for children, preteens, and teenagers. We collaborate with schools to deliver on-demand, chat-based coaching services to students in grades 3-12, aiming to positively impact their mental well-being.
About the Role:
As a Coach Support Specialist at Clayful, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Coach Success Team Lead and the broader coaching team. Your responsibilities will encompass various aspects of the coach journey, from recruitment and training to onboarding, ongoing coaching, training, and offboarding. This is a unique opportunity to join an early-stage mental health edtech startup and contribute significantly to shaping the future of mental health support for young individuals.
This is a 1099 contractor, hourly role and you must be able to work in Eastern Standard Time and provide support during hours that align with this timezone. This is a project-based role, from 20-40 hours a week, that has the potential to become a full-time role in the future.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with and report to the Coach Success Team Lead, ensuring effective communication and alignment.
- Maintain organized records, documentation, and databases related to coaches and their journey.
- Provide timely and insightful support to coaches, addressing inquiries, and assisting with various communication needs.
- Assist in managing the complete coach lifecycle, from recruitment and training to onboarding, continuous coaching, ongoing training, and offboarding.
- Maintain and manage detailed to-do lists, ensuring that tasks are organized, prioritized, and completed in a timely manner.
