Job Description:

Our client, a global real estate company, is looking for a Club Ambassador to join their team. In this role, you will ensure a welcoming environment for tenants and visitors, oversee execution for all event reservations, build a tenant engagement program, manage inventory,  and ensuring first-class standards of honesty, professionalism, integrity, quality and adhering to the client's Operating Standards. Additionally, the position will require coordination with the property management team, specifically janitorial, security, engineering and any other parties / vendors providing services to the Club in order to ensure a pleasant environment for guests and create strong relationships with tenants. This Mid-Senior level position operates fully onsite in their New York City location. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States; our client cannot provide sponsorship at this time.
 

  • Pay: 100K - 130K, depending on experience

  • Schedule: Monday - Friday but flexible to work weekends based on business demand or events


Responsibilities:

  • Uphold exceptional customer / tenant service standards and promoting a safe, productive, and inspiring space

  • Cultivate a warm, welcoming experience and best in class environment for our tenants and their guests

  • Establish and nurture strong tenant relationships

  • Manage all aspects of the day-to-day operations, including walkthroughs of all spaces to ensure quality control

  • Enforce all written policies, procedures, rules and regulations to ensure adherence by the team and the team leads

  • Perform several walkthroughs a day to ensure all areas of the space are kept clean, organized and presentable for tenants and their guests

  • Track tenant / visitor feedback and respond to any ongoing issues and positive / negative feedback

  • Attend and participate in meetings with different departments and Property Management

  • Review, understand and provide questions / comments to monthly statements, financial analyses, an prepare annual budgets

  • Submit work orders through appropriate channels when needed to ensure the space is up to standards

  • Manage a building tenant engagement program where you will be hosting and promoting tenant events, and other press and publicity items

  • Communicate and interact, as needed, with other departments in a professional and friendly manner


Qualifications:

  • Strong work ethic with a results-oriented approach and efficient execution of daily operations

  • Excellent managerial, multi-tasking skills and detail oriented

  • Proficient with Outlook and other Microsoft programs such as but not limited to, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams

  • Strong organizational, coordination, planning and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to communicate in a friendly and professional manner in English 

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality is preferred

  • Ability to successfully manage large teams

  • At least 5 - 7 years of experience in the hospitality or real estate industry

  • Firm understanding of the hospitality industry, particularly New York City preferred
