Responsibilities include offering individual and group counseling, designing and delivering training programs, creating career development resources, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, and analyzing program data. The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree (master’s preferred), 3-5 years of relevant experience, excellent communication skills, and knowledge of career development theories and tools. Certification as a Career Development Professional is highly desirable.
