Brighter Strides ABA is a therapy group that that provides individualized In Home and center based ABA therapy for children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Our highly experienced BCBAs and therapists work closely with each child and family in order to design a comprehensive treatment program.

We are currently seeking BCBAs/LBA to join our team who are dedicated to improving the quality of life for children diagnosed with ASD.

Salary

$90,000 - $100,000

Responsibilities

Conduct individualized behavioral analysis assessments

Supervise in-progress ABA services

Prepare, supervise, organize and evaluate assigned staff efforts to achieve the objectives of the client’s IEP/IFSP

Train/coach Behavior Technicians

Provide supervision to all assigned Behavior Technicians/RBTs

Provide direct services to the clients and their families, when necessary

Asses client progress through collected data

Issue annual reports regarding program effectiveness

Maintain healthy work life balance

Qualifications

BCBA and LBA in the state of Oklahoma

Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and/or behavior challenges with ABA

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
