Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct experimental research to assist in the development of pharmaceutical products, including conducting assays, analyzing data, and reporting findings.
• Perform various laboratory techniques such as chromatography, spectrophotometry, and other analytical methods to characterize compounds and assess their properties.
• Maintain accurate records of experiments, results, and methodologies. Prepare detailed reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements throughout the research process, including adherence to Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Work closely with a team of researchers, scientists, and other departments to share findings, collaborate on projects, and contribute to a cohesive research environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a related field.
• Prior experience in a laboratory setting, pharmaceutical research environment, relevant internships, or academic research experience is preferred.
• Solid understanding of analytical techniques and principles.
• Proficiency in various laboratory techniques, including but not limited to chromatography, spectroscopy, titration, and assay development.
