Conduct experimental research to assist in the development of pharmaceutical products, including conducting assays, analyzing data, and reporting findings.
Perform various laboratory techniques such as chromatography, spectrophotometry, and other analytical methods to characterize compounds and assess their properties.
Maintain accurate records of experiments, results, and methodologies. Prepare detailed reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements throughout the research process, including adherence to Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
Work closely with a team of researchers, scientists, and other departments to share findings, collaborate on projects, and contribute to a cohesive research environment.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a related field.
Prior experience in a laboratory setting, pharmaceutical research environment, relevant internships, or academic research experience is preferred.
Solid understanding of analytical techniques and principles.
Proficiency in various laboratory techniques, including but not limited to chromatography, spectroscopy, titration, and assay development.
