Job Summary:
The Associate Manager Marketing Digital will be responsible for owning the paid social/native/display programs while also assisting with the day-to-day planning, execution, and reporting of search & affiliate programs. This position will work closely with the Director, agencies, and cross-functional working groups to help develop, grow, and optimize these programs.

Key Accountabilities:
Drive customer acquisition marketing performance to meet new customer and sales revenue targets within established CPA and ROI constraints and perform weekly, monthly, and quarterly analysis across channels
Act as subject matter expert for paid social, display and native channels
Focus on social/display/native channels but also help with strategy and execution of search (both paid and natural), and affiliate channels as well as evaluate and explore other emerging media
Develop and implement a strong framework for creative/campaign testing
Manage channel budgets and forecasting
Monitor competitive efforts and recommend changes as needed
Collaborate with the digital team as well as marketing, creative, merchants, operations, IT, legal, and other internal key stakeholders to develop and implement tactics and support online and in-store marketing activities
Work closely with agency/vendor partners to ensure best practices and develop roadmaps for implementing new technologies
Drive personalization using CRM database to tailor messages by segment and marketing channel
Ability to dive into channel accounts and work with agency partners to find efficiencies and/or growth
Work closely with brand team who handles natural social channel
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field
3+ years of experience in marketing or related role ideally within a multi-channel retailer or agency
Hands-on experience with social, native & display advertising (knowledge of affiliate/search is a plus)
Experience managing and forecasting budgets and performance across marketing channels
Strong experience working on strategy presentations including quarterly planning and post launch recaps with insights
Experience with Amazon Display (AAP) a bonus
Skills and Behaviors:
Demonstrated ability to work with external agencies and manage day-to-day interactions
Possess a deep understanding of ad tech, DSP’s, remarketing &paid social with a passion for the ad tech industry
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to analyze, interpret, and develop insights from multiple, complex data streams
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
First-rate collaboration skills across diverse departments
Ability to work towards multiple deadlines with shifting priorities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail
Proficient in Analytics (i.e. Google Analytics, Adobe/Omniture)
Experience with social platforms (Facebook/Instagram/Pinterest), native advertising & dynamic retargeting
