The Associate Learning Program Manager assists the Senior Learning Program Manager to assess the learning needs of the business, create learning programs using adult learning principles and a variety of learning techniques, work with stakeholders and instructional designers to form the content within the learning journey, and implement the learning program.
This role is accountable to make sure the learning experience is relevant and timely, working in collaboration with the Senior Learning Program Manager. This requires the Associate Learning Program Manager to understand the business and the roles/skills within the business, effectively work with subject matter experts in the business to design effective learning. This role reports to the Senior Learning Program Manager.
