We are seeking an Assistant VP – Help Desk & End User Technologies for our direct client in Laurel, MD. This position is direct hire /full time and requires 4 days per week in the office (one remote day per week).
Profile:
- Will manage a team of 10-15 (7am - 6:30pm shift on weekdays and 7am - 3pm on Saturdays) who provide support of PCs, peripherals, mobile devices, etc.
- Execute management functions – performance reviews, team schedules, coaching, etc.
- Manage tier-1/2 help desk operations, to resolution of end-user issues; track, manage and KPIs at a regular cadence
- Manage end-user hardware, delivery, support, asset & mobile device management (including conference room systems/equipment)
- Provide IDAM management and oversight
