The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Office of Water ensures drinking water is safe and restores and maintains oceans, watersheds, and aquatic ecosystems to protect human health, support economic and recreational activities, and provide healthy habitats for fish, plants, and wildlife. IntePros Federal supports that mission by providing high-quality IT development and support to the Agency.
We're looking for a customer-oriented, collaborative team player who enjoys identifying and implementing strategies that will radically improve customer-facing ArcGIS tools. You'll work closely with a team that helps our customers use geospatial technologies to find answers to their challenges.
This position is best suited for a hands-on learner who enjoys a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You will work directly with the project manager, technical application architect, and program manager to meet the required deliverables for supporting ArcGIS applications for around 1000 users.
•Provide support and technical advice during conceptualization, development, and implementation phases to transform requirements into working solutions. This includes involvement with users to define system scope and objectives and contributing to design decisions. Duties include but are not limited to:
•Work on new development and re-engineering efforts, including making system design decisions.
•Implement enhancements to the existing system and coordinate with other developers working in parallel and performing QA/testing as needed.
•Perform development activities in Experience Builder,
•Execute upgrades from WebApp Builder
•Perform automated tasks
•Provide support for testing applications.
•Utilization of JIRA for incident and request tracking when applicable outside of CI/CD.

Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• 5+ years in ArcGIS
• 2+ years’ experience with Experience Builder
• 5+ years’ experience with WebApp Builder
• Experience with Amazon Web Services
• Experience with DevOps tools like Git, Jenkins, Maven, etc.
• Experience in Agile development methodology
• Experience implementing and configuring DevOps solutions
Preferred Skills:
•Thorough understanding of cloud computing and leading technologies to support enterprise
•Experience with Robotic Process Automation, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence
•Experience with Azure Services, including App Gateway, Key Vault, Application Insights
•Experience with Automated Testing Frameworks
•Solutions Architecture experience.
Education
B.S. or equivalent work experience in Computer Science, IT, or related engineering discipline
