Ovative’s Retail Media Consulting team uses their diverse experience and structured problem-solving skills to solve tough problems for all kinds of media networks every day and have fun while doing it. The team works directly with clients to deliver leading-edge thinking and drive change across six areas of expertise: RMN strategy and management, sales and planning, product strategy, audiences and 1P data, measurement and reporting, and RMN Ad Tech and data solutions. The team has grown rapidly, expects continued strong growth, and is uniquely poised to leverage Ovative’s digital marketing and measurement expertise to delivering differentiated strategic advice and technical expertise to clients. This team is strategically paired with Ovative’s Retail Media Activation team bringing the buy and sell side together to unlock powerful unique solutions for partners.

About The Role

The Retail Media Consulting Analyst position offers candidates the opportunity to deliver media network strategic programs to clients across a breadth of industries. The Analyst will play an important role conducting research and analysis in partnership with our clients and other internal Ovative teams. The right candidate will be resilient, analytical, a structured thinker, intellectually curious, and an excellent communicator. This role will get to learn from some of the brightest minds in the retail media space and support some of the industry's most progressive clients.

Responsibilities
 

• Manage and execute discrete tasks within consulting projects including primary and secondary research, quantitative and qualitative analysis, and slide development
• Collaborate closely with other project team members, clients, and leadership to problem solve and iterate on program deliverables
• Communicate consulting project work outputs verbally and through the creation of high-quality deliverables such as slide decks, spreadsheets, and dashboards
• Support day-to-day client relationship management including managing workflow, agendas, and project plans
• Support broader Retail Media Consulting team and Ovative initiatives including training, culture, research and insights, and business development efforts
  
   

Skills And Qualifications
 

• 1+ years experience in digital media, preferably in Retail Media
• Sound conceptual, structured thinking, and analytical problem-solving skills
• Curiosity and ability to quickly learn new knowledge and tools
• Great communication skills, including business writing, small group and large-scale verbal presentations, and visual storytelling
• Polished relationship building and client management skills
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to manage time, work independently, and drive efforts from start to finish
• Ability to collaborate with others, including expressing opinions and giving and receiving feedback
  
   

Pay Transparency

At Ovative, we offer a transparent view into three core components of your total compensation package: Base Salary, Annual Bonus, and Benefits. The salary range for this position below is inclusive of an annual bonus. Actual offers are made with consideration for relevant experience and anticipated impact. Additional benefits information is provided below. For our Analyst positions, our compensation ranges from $48,000 to $72,000, which is inclusive of a 10% bonus.
