WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
We are looking for Amazon Specialists with more than 3 years of experience in Amazon, e-commerce, brand marketing or any related field. The ideal candidate will collaborate with global brand owners in developing and implementing marketing strategies to help build brand awareness.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Act as primary point of contact for clients by handling all calls independently in a timely manner (lead discussions, address client concerns, recommend marketing strategies and provide status updates)
Contribute to client's business growth by proactively identifying new opportunities to expand the client's scope and increase revenue
Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies and make recommendations for account improvement
Work in partnership with clients and supporting teams to track performance and proactively develop data-driven proposals/strategic recommendations
Manage the account end-to-end including initial setup, day-to-day management, optimization and reporting with the supporting teams

BASIC REQUIREMENTS:

Knowledge of general marketing strategy and business principles
Strong analytical and reporting skills including measuring the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
Ability to “think outside of the box”
Confident interpersonal, communication, collaboration and presentation skills
Natural ability to establish customer rapport and build client relationships
Able to manage multiple tasks and projects under fast approaching deadlines while keeping a professional attitude
Familiarity with Amazon Tools (Helium10, JungleScout, etc.) & Seller Central

WORK HOURS:
Monday to Friday: must be available to work from 9AM - 5PM EST, 40 hours a week.
