Job Title : Accounts Payable Specialist

Location : Atlanta, GA 30339 (ONSITE)

Pay Rate : $22-$23 per hour

Work Schedule : Mon-Fri (40Hr/Week)

Contract Duration : Contract to Potential Hire

Essential Functions

• Support efforts to simplify and enhance customer experience for leadership, branches, and accounting departments consistently.
• Perform day-to-day processing of accounts payable transactions, ensuring timely and accurate payments to vendors.
• Investigate and review invoices for goods and services not automated through the ERP system, handling high-volume processing.
• Reconcile processed invoices, verifying supplier details and amounts, and conduct monthly reconciliation of supplier accounts.
• Process wire transfers, reconcile daily intercompany AP invoices, handle corporate purchasing card payments, and ensure compliance with policies during internal and external audits.
