Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Accountant in Reading, PA. The Accountant's main responsibilities include, but are not limited to, preparing financial reports, analyzing financial data, maintaining accurate records, monitoring accounting transactions, and reconciling bank statements. The Accountant must ensure that all financial dealings comply with state and federal regulations.

Qualifications

• Expert knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Hands-on experience with accounting software and MS Office
• Ability to analyze complex financial data and prepare accurate reports
• Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• CPA or other relevant certification is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
