Account Manager

This is not a remote position. Applicants must be available to work in Virginia Beach, VA.

• Status: Part-Time Employee
• Shift: 1:00pm – 8:00pm
• Compensation: $12.00 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Welcome calls in the evening
• Resolving customer complaints
• Scheduling installations and other services
• Complete and submit HOA applications
• Updating customers throughout installation processes
• Other tasks as assigned by managers

​Qualifications:

• Previous customer service experience and other related fields.
• Experience with computer programs such as Gmail, Google Docs, Adobe, etc.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional phone etiquette.
• Time management to meet deadlines.
• Attention to detail.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
