Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Executive at Genesis Datacom located in Little Rock, AR. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships across the state, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets. You will collaborate with internal teams to develop strategic plans, create proposals, and manage the sales process from start to finish. This role requires strong communication skills, as well as a deep understanding of our products and services.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales and account management
• Knowledge of the commercial construction industry is preferred
• Must acquire Arkansas Alarm License within 90 days of hire
• Proficient in Word, Excel and similar softwares
• Familiarity with Bluebeam Revu is preferred, but not required
• Valid Arkansas drivers license and excellent driving record
• Must be able to pass an Arkansas State Police background check and drug screening
• High school diploma or equivalent required
